Please make sure you use the links as on the home page. If the links are inaccessable, check that the Synology Diskstation is powered on and connected to the internet. Contact your IT Administrator for additional support.
You can click forgot password when logging in to any Synology app. A password reset link will be emailed to you.
Should you not have access to your mailbox, please contact your IT administrator to provide you with a temporary password which you will need to change the first time you login.
Login to Your Synology Account, once logged in click on the Profile icon and select "Personal". Enter your current password and then enter a new password.
